FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We build fewer projects and build them carefully. Every Sakeenah development is riba-free and debt-free, with no interest-based financing and no leverage. Each project is conservatively underwritten before any capital is committed, buyer payments are held in RERA-regulated escrow accounts and released only as construction progresses, and an independent quantity surveyor monitors costs throughout.
We build boutique residential developments in growing Dubai communities, designed for real daily living. Our current project, Etérea in Majan, is a G+9 building with 92 residences: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Rooftop amenities include an infinity pool, a sauna and steam room, a jacuzzi and a remote-work area.
Etérea is currently under construction. You are welcome to meet our team at our office in HDS Business Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, where we will walk you through the plans, floor layouts and finishes, and arrange a visit to the site in Majan.

Yes. Etérea’s studios and one-bedroom apartments make a practical first home in an established, well-connected community, and your payments are protected in a RERA escrow account until construction milestones are met.
